24 Day Challenge SALE

January 1st is right around the corner.....along with all the New Year's resolutions that people love to start. Lose weight, quit smoking, exercise more, pay off credit cards, drink more water, etc. While these are all great resolutions, I get pretty excited about my friends and family taking better care of their health. I started eating healthier about six months ago and making small changes in my family's diet along the way. Last winter I took up running (and NEVER learned to love it, Hannah!) and felt like I was in pretty decent shape, but was still not happy with my overall fitness level.
