Free Spark!!!

It's no secret that I love me some Spark, or any Advocare product I've tried actually. I was feeling just blah as a Mommy in general and wanted my energy back. Every afternoon around 2pm, the sleepies would hit me, and I would find myself either napping on the couch or eating some sugary snack to appeal my sweet tooth. It became this afternoon routine and I was more than happy to try a sample of Spark from my good friend Emily, who is also a distributor.
